The Ijtihad Journal is overseen by a distinguished team of researchers, experts, and scholars from various universities and research centers, representing a wide range of academic interests.

The Art of Scientific Citation (2)

The second booklet in the scientific series "Scientific Research Techniques" is titled "The Art of Scientific Citation: Foundations and Applications in Enhancing the Transparency and Credibility of Scientific Research." Written by researchers Sabrine El Bakkali, Achraf Laarousi, and Tijani Boulaouali, it addresses the central question: How does scientific citation contribute to enhancing transparency and credibility in scientific research? From this, several sub-questions emerge, exploring different aspects of this research mechanism, including: What are the precise foundations and standards that must be followed in scientific citation? How do the understanding and application of scientific citation differ among researchers and academic institutions? What potential issues might arise from unclear standards, such as plagiarism or the provision of inaccurate information?

Standards for Documenting Arabic Research Papers (1)

The first booklet in the “Scientific Research Techniques” series, written by Dr. Tijani Boulaouali, is part of a research initiative launched by the Ijtihad Center for Studies and Training in Belgium. This initiative focuses on exploring various aspects of academic research, such as research documentation methodologies, academic writing, citation techniques, source utilization, scientific research methods, and more. The series is published as digital booklets in Arabic and other languages.

The first booklet is titled Standards for Documenting Arabic Research Papers. It draws upon various Western methodologies as well as research standards used by some Arabic and Islamic research centers. These standards are not limited to publications by the Ijtihad Journal or the Ijtihad Center, but are available to anyone who wishes to use them.
