The birth of a New Journal in Europe with an Internal Islamic Approach
The Islamic Library in Europe was strengthened with a new scientific journal, “Ijtihad Journal for Arabic and Islamic Studies.” The journal is issued by the Ijtihad Center for Studies and Training in Belgium, and is registered in the Royal Belgian Library (KBR) and the National Scientific Library, under the serial number: ISSN: 2983-9939. The journal is semi-annual, peer-reviewed according to international academic standards, and is specialised in Arabic and Islamic studies in Europe and the West. The journal is supervised by a large team of researchers, experts, and thinkers.
International Symposium
Ijtihad Center participated in an international symposium on the topic: Social Sciences and Serving Contemporary Human Issues, in cooperation with the Manahil Center, the Al-Omran Center, and the Jordanian Rakaz Publishing House, on January 23 and 24, 2024 in the city of Al-Aroui in Morocco. The chairman of the center, Dr. Tijani Boulaouali gave a speech on this occasion.

Fifth Discussion Meeting on Sorcery and its moral and social impact on Muslims in Europe
In cooperation between the Ijtihad Center and De Brug "Al-Jisr" Association in Waregem, the fifth discussion meeting was organized on December 16, 2023, on the topic: The Scourges of Witchcraft and Sorcery and their Moral and Social Impact on Muslims in Europe. Speakers participated in this symposium: Sharif Slimani, Tijani Boulaouali, and Mohamed Mansouri.
Fifth Formation Session on "Studies of Islam in the West"
In cooperation between the Ijtihad Center and the Umran Center in Morocco, the fifth formation session on "Studies of Islam in the West". This formation was devoted to students, researchers, and interesting people during the academic year 2022-2023. It's followed by 160 persons. The fifth session was on the topic: The Future of Islam in Europe and the Expected Scenarios.
